Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games, applications (collectively, the "Games"), and the website plexi.games (the "Site") provided by Plexi Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Games or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games or Site.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Plexi Games. They apply to every sorting game, puzzle game, and other application we publish, as well as to the Site. Additional rules, store terms (such as those of the Apple App Store or Google Play), or in-game notices may also apply and are incorporated by reference where relevant.

2. Eligibility & Age

Our Games are intended for a general audience. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to accept these Terms. If you are a minor, you may use our Games only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. 4. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

Our Games may include virtual items such as in-game coins, boosters, or other virtual goods (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and:

• have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or anything of value outside the Game;
• are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law;
• may be created, controlled, adjusted, or removed by us at any time;
• are stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall a Game, clear its data, or change devices.

We may modify, manage, or discontinue any Virtual Item at any time without liability to you.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our Games or Site, you agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of our Games, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits, or otherwise interfere with normal gameplay;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or disrupt our servers or networks;
• use our Games or Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

The Games, the Site, and all related content, including source code, artwork, logos, characters, sounds, level designs, and the "Plexi Games" name and brand, are owned by Plexi Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Our Games are free to play and may be supported by advertising and use third-party services for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of our Games may be subject to them. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party, including advertisers. 8. Feedback & Ideas

We welcome your feedback and ideas. If you send us suggestions, concepts, or proposed game mechanics, you agree that we may use them without any obligation, restriction, or compensation to you, and that they do not create any confidential or fiduciary relationship between us.

9. Availability & Updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any Game, feature, or the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also release updates that you may need to install for a Game to continue functioning. We do not guarantee that our Games or Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Disclaimers

Our Games and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our Games or Site will meet your requirements or be free of bugs, viruses, or interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plexi Games and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our Games or Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plexi Games from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our Games or Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our Games or Site. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or use our Games in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using our Games at any time by uninstalling them. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Games or Site will be subject to the competent courts of Turkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
