This Privacy Policy describes how Plexi Games ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile games and applications (collectively, the "Games") and our website plexi.games (the "Site"). By using our Games or Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Our Games are designed to be played without creating an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number in order to play. However, certain information is collected automatically when you use our Games:
Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, screen size, and mobile network/country.
- Identifiers: app-generated identifiers (such as the Firebase app instance ID, a random identifier created when the Game is first installed) and, where applicable, advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, subject to your device settings and consent).
- Usage and analytics data: gameplay events collected through Google Analytics for Firebase — for example levels started and completed, number of moves, session length, use of in-game boosters, in-game (virtual) currency earned or spent, selected theme and language, and interactions with in-game menus.
- Diagnostics: crash logs and general diagnostic/performance data, where a crash reporting service is enabled in the Game.
- Approximate location: a coarse, non-precise location (such as country or region) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Information you provide voluntarily
- If you contact us directly (for example by using the in-game "Feedback" option, which opens your email app), we receive the information you provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Your game progress — such as your current level, in-game (virtual) coin balance, remaining boosters, selected theme, sound preference, and language choice — is stored locally on your device only. This data is not uploaded to our servers, is not linked to your identity, and is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our Games;
- Analyze usage so we can fix bugs, balance gameplay and level difficulty, tune the in-game economy, and develop new features;
- Display advertising, including (where permitted and consented) personalized advertising;
- Measure the performance of our Games and advertising campaigns;
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests.
Where required by applicable law (such as the GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (e.g., personalized ads), our legitimate interests (e.g., analytics, security, improving our Games), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
Our Games use third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics and — in Games or versions that show ads — advertising. These providers may collect and process the automatically collected information described above under their own privacy policies.

The specific third-party services used may vary per Game and per version. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Advertising
Our Games are free to play and may be supported by advertising. Some Games or versions may not display ads yet; when advertising is enabled, ad networks may use advertising identifiers to show ads that are more relevant to you. You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising;
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete or reset advertising ID.
Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), we will ask for your consent before personalized advertising is shown, and you may withdraw that consent at any time via the in-game settings or consent prompt.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a Game or store listing is flagged as appealing to children, we configure our advertising and analytics partners to serve non-personalized, age-appropriate content and to disable behavioral advertising, in accordance with COPPA, GDPR-K, and applicable store policies.

7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent);
- Data portability;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can also reset the analytics identifiers associated with your device at any time by resetting your advertising ID in your device settings, or stop all collection by uninstalling the Game.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money; however, some advertising activities may be considered "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out via your device's ad settings or the in-game consent options.

8. Data Retention
We retain automatically collected data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics for Firebase is retained for a maximum of 14 months at the user level, in line with our Firebase retention settings. Data held by third-party SDK providers is retained according to their own retention policies.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
Information may be processed on servers located outside of your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the Games or the Site where appropriate. Your continued use of the Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
